Privacy policy

This policy explains which personal data EC MARKETS CAPITAL LTD processes in connection with the quadrantcopy.com website and the Quadrant Copy Service, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights. We collect the minimum necessary: no real name, no ID document and no country is requested.

02Data we process
Depending on how you use the Service:
- Order: email address, Telegram username (optional), acceptance of the Terms and warnings (date and document version).
- Payment: order reference, chosen cryptocurrency and network, amount, receiving address, transaction ID and sending address visible on the blockchain, payment status.
- Member area: sign-in email address, sign-in dates, completed activation steps, generated Telegram invitation.
- Contact form: email address, subject, payment reference (optional), message, language. Your IP address is not stored: only a non-reversible cryptographic fingerprint is recorded to limit abuse.
- Telegram support: Telegram ID and display name, username, app language, messages and files you send to the bot, payment reference if you provide it.
- Emails: log of transactional emails sent (type, date), to avoid duplicates.
- Technical data: server security logs and essential cookies.
03Data we do not collect
We never collect a trading account password, seed phrase, private key, withdrawal access or card details. We have no access to the balance or history of your Deriv account.
We never pass wallet addresses, transaction IDs, balances or individual results to advertising or analytics tools.
04Purposes and legal bases
We only use your data for the following purposes:
- Processing the order, checking the payment, granting access to the member area and Telegram channel, sending order emails: performance of the contract.
- Answering your messages (form, Telegram support): performance of the contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
- Keeping accounts and meeting legal obligations: legal obligation.
- Securing the website, preventing fraud and abuse (rate limits, logs): legitimate interest in protecting the Service and its users.
- Audience measurement, if enabled: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
05Public blockchain data
A cryptocurrency payment is recorded publicly and permanently on the blockchain of the network used (addresses, amount, date). We can neither change nor delete this information, which remains visible to anyone independently of our Service.
06Service providers and recipients
Your data is only accessible to the authorised team and to the providers needed for the Service, who act on our instructions:
- Vercel Inc.: website hosting and server execution.
- Supabase: database and member-area authentication.
- Namecheap (Private Email): sending and receiving emails.
- Telegram: private channel, access bot and support bot (messages exchanged with the bot go through Telegram).
- Alchemy: access to blockchain networks to check payments (only public blockchain data is queried, never your email).
07Transfers outside your country
Some providers process data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. Where the regulation applies, these transfers are covered by the safeguards it provides for (for example the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).
08Retention periods
We only keep data for as long as necessary:
- Orders, payments and proof of acceptance of the Terms: for as long as required by applicable accounting and tax obligations, at most 10 years after the order.
- Member account: for as long as access lasts, then 3 years after it is closed or after the last sign-in.
- Contact form and Telegram support messages: 3 years after the last exchange.
- Unpaid payment sessions: 12 months.
- Security logs: 12 months at most.
10Security
Traffic with the website is encrypted (HTTPS). Database tables are protected by strict access rules, server secrets are never exposed to the browser, and access to data is limited to the authorised team.
11Your rights
Under the applicable regulation, you can ask to access, correct, erase or port your data, restrict its processing, object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to service@quadrantcopy.com from the email address used for your order. We reply within one month. Some data must be kept despite an erasure request where the law requires it (for example accounting data).
You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
12Minors
The Service is reserved for adults. We do not knowingly collect data about minors.
13Changes to this policy
This policy may change. The update date is shown at the top of the page; members are informed by email of any material change.
